Michael P. Doyle
Michael P. Doyle focuses his practice in personal injury, insurance, admiralty, maritime, and workplace injury litigation. His personal injury practice includes the representation of the Jones Act and foreign seamen in disputes in U.S. and international waters, as well as workers injured as a result of the actions of multinational companies. He served as president of the Houston Trial Lawyers Association from 2007 to 2008, as well as on the Board of Directors, and as chair of the Judicial Affairs Committee. Mr. Doyle also served on the Board of Directors of Strake Jesuit College Preparatory School, as president of the Strake Jesuit Alumni Association from 2002 to 2004, and on the Houston Advisory Board of the AFL-CIO Community Fund. He is a member of AAJ’s Mirena IUD, Ride Share, and Personal Jurisdiction Litigation Groups and the Admiralty, International, and Railroad Sections; he serves on AAJ’s NCA Board of Trustees; he is an AAJ PAC Platinum M Club donor; and he has received Diplomate status in the NCA Masters of Trial Law professional recognition program. He is also a member of the American Board of Trial Attorneys (ABOTA) and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. He lectures nationally on trial advocacy skills, maritime law, communication skills, and other topics.
