NLD Mental Health Committee Resources

For Mental Health Awareness Month, the committee posted various challenges on the NLD list server to encourage small changes that can help with members' overall wellbeing.

NLD's Mental Health Committee regularly hosts virtual lunch-and-learns. Past topics include: Providing & Receiving Meaningful Feedback, Trauma-Informed Lawyering, Making Accommodations for Mental Health, Suicide Awareness & Prevention, Social & Emotional Intelligence for Young Lawyers, & more.

At each AAJ convention, NLD hosts a wellness walk/run/roll as an opportunity to get moving, get outside, and connect in a more casual setting.
