About the Group
The Infant Formula Contamination Recall assists AAJ members investigating and litigating cases involving infants who have been adversely affected by bacterial contamination of Abbott Laboratories’ Similac, Similac 60/40, Alimentum, and EleCare infant formulas as a result of the unsafe practices at the Sturgis, Michigan plant.
Group History
The Infant Formula Contamination Recall Litigation Group Litigation Group was formed at the 2022 Annual Convention. Members will have access to a Document Library and list server. The Group meets at AAJ Annual and Winter conventions and plans to host programs and meetings throughout the year.
Dues: $150 per member annually
