The Intellectual Property Litigation Group addresses issues affecting small plaintiffs in patent and other intellectual property cases dealing with so-called patent “reform” issues unique to contingent-fee and small plaintiff versus Goliath defendant patent and other IP cases. This Group will establish a network of plaintiff IP lawyers to share knowledge and experience, network, and help one another navigate the issues facing small inventors when facing massive corporate infringers.

This Litigation Group provides members with educational information regarding intellectual property, litigation updates, and assistance in evaluating potential cases and preparing cases for litigation. The group has a document library and a list server through which Litigation Group members can share resources.

Dues:

$200 per attorney
