Provides members with the tools and resources necessary to successfully litigate their interventional cardiology cases. Group members network and discuss legal cases and strategies on the Group’s plaintiff-only list server and at regular meetings, including AAJ Conventions and Education seminars on interventional cardiology cases.

Internet Video Gaming Addiction Litigation Group


As with any addiction, internet video game addiction can have disastrous consequences for its sufferers. Frequent video game play can have physically, mentally, and socially devastating effects and certain game manufacturers have developed strategies and patented algorithms to increase revenue by keeping players addicted to and perpetually engaged with their. Many games do not come with warnings as to their addictiveness, potential injuries of such addiction, or that play time should be limited.

 

The Internet Video Gaming Addiction Litigation Group will assist members investigating and litigating these emerging cases; provide updates on any potential MDL in this area; share research, pleadings, certain discovery, and expert information; and hold meetings and educational programs. This Litigation Group meets at AAJ Annual and Winter Conventions, or as needed by group members.
