The Mirena Levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system has been associated with intracranial hypertension, causing symptoms such as vision loss, severe headaches, tinnitus, dizziness, and nausea. The Mirena Levonorgestrel-Induced Intracranial Hypertension Litigation Group is a resource for lawyers handling lawsuits against Bayer, the manufacturer of the Mirena® device.

This Litigation Group was formed in February 2017.

The Mirena Levonorgestrel-Induced Intracranial Hypertension Litigation Group provides a forum for lawyers litigating cases to share knowledge, strategies, and educational resources. The Litigation Group has a secure, members-only list server and document library where members can share pertinent information and documents regarding the litigation. This Litigation Group holds regular meetings that are closed to members only to discuss current cases and important updates.

Membership:

Open to AAJ Regular, Life, Sustaining, President's Club, and Leaders Forum members.

Dues:

$300/attorney, $100/additional member ($400 max)
