There have been many injuries at Trampoline Parks like Skyzone and Rockin' Jump throughout the country. This Group will coordinate litigation strategy and discuss causes of action, overcoming assumption of the risk, and establishing liability; share pleadings, discovery demands, and experts; fight waiver clauses; and fight mandatory arbitration clauses.
The Group holds meetings and educational programs at AAJ conventions. Group members network throughout the year, sharing resources such as information regarding expert witness testimony and medical literature reviews. The Group has a document library and a list server.
- Meetings: The Group meets at AAJ Annual and Winter conventions.
- Membership: The group is limited to Regular, Life, Sustaining, and President's Club AAJ members plaintiff's counsel only.
- Dues: $150 per member
