James “Jacksy” J. Bilsborrow
James “Jacksy” J. Bilsborrow focuses his practice in environmental pollution and consumer protection. He is also at the forefront of actions against major healthcare organizations Excellus, Anthem and Premera Blue Cross. Mr. Bilsborrow has worked as a law clerk for Hon. D. Brooks Smith of the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Before that, he held clerked for Hon. Christopher C. Conner of the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Bilsborrow is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. He is also admitted to practice in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and in the U.S. Court of Appeals’ Third and Fifth circuits. Mr. Bilsborrow is a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), in which he serves as a member of the Legal Affairs Committee, he also is on the Rule 23 Subcommittee of the Class Action Litigation Group. In 2015, AAJ selected Mr. Bilsborrow as one of only 12 attorneys from around the country to attend the organization’s Leadership Academy. He has also been named a New York metro area Super Lawyers Rising Star. Mr. Bilsborrow is also active with the Brooklyn Volunteer Lawyers Program as an attorney providing pro bono legal services to low-income residents of Brooklyn. Mr. Bilsborrow generously donates to PAC. He is an associate attorney with Weitz and Luxenberg, an AAJ Leaders Forum member located in New York, NY.
David Rudolph is a partner at the Lieff Cabraser San Francisco office. He has extensive experience litigation intellectual property cases. He has litigated cases in diverse technology areas, including internet services, storage virtualization, semiconductor design, and handheld mobile devices. Mr. Rudolph also has experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in copyright infringement and trade secret matters. He is a member of the American Association for Justice’s Consumer Privacy and Data Breach Litigation Group. Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein, LLP is an AAJ Leaders Forum member with offices in San Francisco, Nashville, New York, and Seattle.
David F. Slade
David F. Slade focuses on consumer protection, with an emphasis on data privacy and data security. Extending his advocacy beyond litigation, he also organized a cyber safety training summit for Arkansas law enforcement and victim assistance professionals, in conjunction with the National Organization of Victim Assistance (NOVA). In addition to his work in the class action context, David is a member of the Volunteers Organization, Center for Arkansas Legal Services (VOCALS), an organization committed to pro bono advocacy. Mr. Slade is a member of the American Association for Justice’s Consumer Privacy and Data Breach Litigation Group. Carney Bates & Pulliam, PLLC is located in Little Rock, Arkansas.
