Stacey E. Burke
Stacey E. Burke is an attorney who provides consulting services to law firms across the country. She has worked with over 150 law firms in a wide range of practice areas in many different states. If you have a question about law firm marketing, Stacey knows the answer. She is well known for devising effective marketing strategies that stay within a law firm’s budget. Stacey lives in Houston with her two daughters, fiancé, and two French bulldogs and eats a lot of popcorn. Ms. Burke is a member of the American Association for Justice’s Publications Committee. Stephanie A. Everett
Stephanie A. Everett helps small firm lawyers build and grow joyful and successful businesses because work should be awesome. After launching and running her own litigation boutique, she shifted gears and launched Georgia’s incubator for newer lawyers starting socially conscious law firms. As the Community Director for Lawyerist.com, Stephanie facilitates Insider (a free community for solo and small firm lawyers) and Lawyerist Lab and Lab Pro (paid programs teaching and supporting lawyers with designing, growing, and managing their law business).
Melissa Hague, course advisor
Melissa Hague has dedicated her career to the successful and diligent prosecution of complex mass tort cases with a focus on medical devices. She has been named a Rising Star in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers since 2013 and was selected for the state of New Jersey as The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40. Ms. Hague is an active member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ). She serves on several AAJ committees such as the Voter Protection Committee, Election Committee, Board of Governors, New Lawyers Division (NLD), where she is the Representative to AAJ Board of Governors, and she is generous donor to AAJ PAC. She is also a co-chair of AAJ’s Marketing and Practice Development Committee. Ms. Hague is a partner with the firm Goldman Scarlato & Penny, PC, which is located in Philadelphia, PA.
Megan Hargroder works in media marketing and social media strategy. She creates law firm websites that establish rapport and build trust—even with wary, skeptical strangers. Her websites get amazing results because they tell the lawyers’ unique, authentic stories in a way that deeply resonates with their ideal prospective clients. She has spoken several times at CLE seminars. Ms. Hargroder serves as the CEO and Lead Strategist at Conversations, LLC in New Orleans, LA.
Morris H. Lilienthal
Morris H. Lilienthal focuses his practice on car accidents, personal injury, wrongful death, nursing home negligence, products liability, insurance bad faith, and fraud. He also hosts The Mo Show Live, a Facebook Live event that features interviews with prominent community members of Alabama. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, Alabama Association for Justice, and the Huntsville-Madison County Bar Association. Mr. Lilienthal is a shareholder at Martinson and Beason, PC, a law firm that focuses on personal injury in Huntsville, AL.
Christopher T. Nace
Christopher T. Nace, course advisor, works in all practice areas of his firm, including medical negligence, drug and product liability, motor vehicle crashes, wrongful death, and other negligence and personal injury matters. Mr. Nace currently serves as a Governor at-Large member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ) Board of Governors and is the current Secretary of the National College of Advocacy Board of Trustees. He is also a Past-Chair of AAJ’s New Lawyers Division, Membership Oversight Committee, and is a generous AAJ PAC Eagle and State donor. Mr. Nace is the President of the Trial Lawyers Association of Metropolitan Washington, DC. Amber M. Pang Parra
Amber M. Pang Parra represents clients nationwide who are injured by pharmaceutical drugs, medical devices, and dangerous and defective products. She also represents disabled veterans challenging disability appeals. Ms. Pang Parra also has extensive experience working with state and federal courts. Ms. Pang Parra is a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), as well as a member of AAJ’s Committee on the Judiciary. She also holds memberships with the State Bar of Texas, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association, among others. She is an alumna of AAJ’s Leadership Academy. Ms. Pang Parra is a member of AAJ’s Committee on the Judiciary. Ms. Pang Parra is currently leads the Pharmaceuticals, Health Care & Consumer Law Division at Justinian & Associates PLLC, working primarily out of their San Antonio, TX office.
Nalini Prasad has worked alongside Seth Price – Managing Partner of Price Benowitz, LLP and Founder of BluShark Digital – to create a digital marketing agency focused on helping small law firms build their business and stand out online. She frequently speaks to legal audiences across the country on the intersection of utilizing best practices of trending SEO techniques and generating quality leads online. She also shares tips on creative ways to leverage traditional offline marketing efforts to increase a firm's online presence. As Chief Strategy Officer at BluShark Digital, she designs and implements cutting-edge strategies that build brands and work to increase quality leads online for clients through four fundamental aspects of digital marketing—content creation, link-building, and technical and local SEO. BluShark Digital is located in Washington, DC.
Seth Price concentrates his practice in civil law pertaining to personal injury, wrongful death, medical negligence, and workers’ compensation. He oversees all marketing and business development at his firm, relying heavily upon his extensive digital marketing expertise. Mr. Price has received an “AV” rating by Martindale-Hubbell, and he has earned a perfect 10 rating by AVVO. Jessica K. Pride
Jessica K. Pride has dedicated her entire legal career to the representation of victims of catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and sexual assault. Ms. Pride was awarded San Diego’s Business Journal’s Best of the Bar 2014, and she has been honored as one of San Diego’s Top Young Attorneys by The Daily Transcript. The San Diego County Bar Association awarded her Outstanding Service by a New Lawyer, and she was named among the Top 40 Under 40 Professionals by San Diego Metro Magazine. Ms. Pride is a past chair of the American Association for Justice’s (AAJ) New Lawyers Division (NLD) and is a member of AAJ’s Voter Protection Committee and Marketing and Practice Development Committee. Ms. Pride generously donates to AAJ PAC, and the Pride Law Firm is located in San Diego, CA.
Matthew Rosenberg focuses his practice on representing individuals seriously injured or killed in motor vehicle crashes. Mr. Rosenberg has been repeatedly designated a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star. Conrad Saam founded Mockingbird, an online marketing agency focused exclusively on the legal market. John "Jay" A. Stefani
John “Jay” A. Stefani is a trial lawyer concentrating on helping individuals and families affected by trucking collisions, car crashes, and wrongful death. He has represented people in these situations his entire legal career. He was selected as a Leading Lawyer for Illinois in 2018, and previously he had been chosen as an Emerging Lawyer for Illinois in 2017. Mr. Stefani has also been honored as an Illinois Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2012, 2014, 2015, and 2016. Argyrios "Gyi" E. Tsakalakis
Argyrios “Gyi” E. Tsakalakis has been helping lawyers use the internet to receive clients since 2008. As a non-practicing lawyer, he is familiar with the unique considerations and challenges of effectively marketing a law practice. Mr. Tsakalakis is regularly invited to teach lawyers about online legal marketing and has recently done presentations for the American Association for Justice (AAJ), Chicago Bar Association’s (CBA) Law Practice Management Section, and AVVO’s Lawyernomics Conference.
