Background:

This Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation Group was formed in July 1991 at the Annual Convention in Toronto.

Benefits & Resources:

The group will provide medical expert information, medical literature, expert damage information, and has a list server available to its members. Members use the list server to consult with one another on TBI issues in the news and all issues related to TBI. In addition, the Litigation Group publishes a semi-annual newsletter.

At the AAJ Annual Conventions and others as scheduled.

Open to AAJ Regular, Sustaining, Life, Leaders Forum, and President’s Club members. Before joining the group, all prospective members must sign an affidavit.
