Roblox Child Exploitation and Abuse Litigation Group

The Roblox Child Exploitation and Abuse Litigation Group focuses on civil litigation against Roblox for sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, and trafficking of minors. Predators exploit the online chat features, photo and video exchange features, avatar-based environments, and unmoderated social features on the platform to groom and abuse children.

The group provides a forum for attorneys representing survivors of online sexual abuse
and exploitation facilitated through Roblox to collaborate and navigate complex issues such as arbitration clauses, immunity under Section 230, and data access challenges.

Group History:

The Roblox Child Exploitation and Abuse Litigation Group was formed in the Fall of 2025.

 

Membership:

The Roblox Child Exploitation and Abuse Litigation Group is limited to Regular, Sustaining, Life, and President’s Club Members.

 

Dues:

The Roblox Child Exploitation and Abuse Litigation Group is complimentary to members of the AAJ Technology and Science Section who can agree to the terms and conditions of membership in the Litigation Group’s Affidavit.
