Litigation Packets are an AAJ exclusive and feature sample court documents, depositions, and trial materials from some of the most successful cases nationally, providing AAJ members with real life examples, advice, and tactics to use when investigating and preparing a case a trial. With more than 140 titles and growing, plaintiff attorneys rely on the Exchange and Litigation Packets for guidance, advice, and solutions in even the toughest cases. Exchange Research Service
AAJ members can request an Exchange staff attorney conduct case specific research, compiling valuable information from Exchange databases, selected public and private Web sites, and Westlaw.**
Deposition, Court Document, and CLE Papers
The AAJ Exchange's online databases give AAJ members access to case materials, speaker papers, verdict and settlement information, and depositions of defense experts, plaintiffs' experts, and corporate representatives provided by AAJ members nationwide.
Access Sections, Litigation Groups, and New Lawyers Division documents 24/7. When AAJ members contribute to Section or Litigation Group Document Library, everyone benefits. Members of the group can browse, search, and download materials from the library any time, day or night.
