Depositions College Webcast: Implementing The Tools

In this four-part workshop series, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in four, two-hour interactive workshops. Your faculty mentor will introduce you to the corporate 30(b)(6) deposition and will help you excel at deposing medical and non-medical experts, witness prep, and using the non-party witness to maximize damages.
