Washington, DC – The following is a statement from the American Association for Justice:
The rule of law is the foundation on which our nation was built. No one should be above it, and any action that undermines due process and violates the constitutional rights of Americans degrades the very principles upon which this nation was built. AAJ is committed to upholding the rule of law and access to justice. We stand firmly with the Minnesota Association for Justice in their commitment to safeguarding the rule of law and protecting fundamental rights for all.
