SCOTUS Denies Appeal of Claim that Roundup Causes Cancer
Washington, DC — The following is a statement from American Association for Justice CEO Linda Lipsen on today’s US Supreme Court decision regarding Roundup weedkiller:
“Today, the Supreme Court said that Monsanto (now owned by Bayer) could be held accountable for poisoning Americans with Roundup. Now these victims, primarily farm workers who labor to put food on our tables, will be able to seek justice.”
