Improper air bag installation
June 7, 2022Doe, an active man in his 50s, was involved in a serious multi-vehicle crash at highway speeds. The driver-side air bags on his vehicle failed to deploy, and Doe suffered catastrophic injuries. His medical expenses exceeded $500,000.
Suit against the dealership alleged failure to properly install new air bags pursuant to a recall.
The parties settled for a confidential amount.
