Wrongful death of former laborer
January 10, 2023William Simcic, a retired laborer, vehicle mechanic, and industrial sprinkler fitter, developed lung cancer and asbestosis. He died from his condition at the age of 74.
His heir’s wrongful death suit against Water Applications Distribution Group, Inc., and others settled at jury selection for more than $1.25 million.
