Settlement for minor injured in ATV incident
November 5, 2024Bryce Bennett, a minor, was riding a four-wheel all-terrain vehicle (ATV) when one of its wheels allegedly stopped moving and became stuck as Bennett attempted to turn the ATV. The ATV flipped over and landed on top of Bennett, injuring him.
Bennett’s mother, on his behalf, sued Maxpro, LLC, d/b/a PowersportsMax, alleging liability for the incident.
The parties settled for $18,000.
