Occupational asbestos exposure
March 11, 2025Wendell Bonner served as a U.S. Naval reservist and then worked as a sheet metal mechanic throughout northern California. He also performed heating and air conditioning work. He was diagnosed as having mesothelioma and died of his disease at 88.
Suit against Westburne Supply, Inc., and P.E. O’Hare Co. alleged that Bonner’s mesothelioma resulted from his decades-long occupational exposure to asbestos.
The case settled at jury selection for $300,000.
