Failure to properly resuscitate infant
July 19, 2022Amir Anwar Al-Shaikhli, a 4-week-old boy, died, leaving behind his parents and four siblings.
Suit against a Chicago-area hospital and undisclosed medical providers alleged failure to properly resuscitate the infant.
The parties settled for $1.65 million.
