Groping of teenage patient
November/December 2022Doe, a teenager, received an uninitiated home visit from pediatrician Martin Forman. During the visit, Forman allegedly groped Doe. As a result, she suffered mental anguish and embarrassment.
Doe sued Forman and Reston Pediatrics Ltd., alleging malpractice.
The jury awarded $1.5 million. Posttrial motions are pending.
