February 13, 2025Dominick Gall was driving his Mazda when he rear-ended a Jeep operated by Dawn Goracki, who was stopped at a red light. The collision pushed the Jeep into the vehicle that was stopped in front of it. Goracki and her minor daughter suffered injuries, including spinal injuries. Their medical expenses exceeded $34,300.
Goracki and her daughter sued Gall, alleging liability for the collision.
The defendant’s insurer settled the child’s claim for $10,500. The jury awarded Goracki approximately $209,200. The court later entered judgment for approximately $244,200.
