Issues: (1) Whether the Kentucky Court of Appeals erroneously applying the legislature’s 2021 Amendments to KRS 413.249, which extended the statute of limitations for civil child sex abuse claims, retroactively in this case; and (2) Whether the Court erred in holding that the amended statute waived sovereign immunity.
