MCLE Credit Information:

This webinar is pending accreditation through AAJ in AL, GA, TX, OH, and PA. Attendees are encouraged to apply to their state bar for approval in all other jurisdictions.

Please note that MCLE rules for online programs are different in each state, and that attorneys are responsible for compliance with the rules of their state(s).

Please Note: Contact your state CLE administrator to determine whether it accepts online for mandatory CLE credit. Earn approximately 1.5* CLE credits to be applied to your participation in AAJ’s professional recognition programs. AAJ Education programs are routinely accredited by states requiring continuing legal education. Cancellation Policy:

No refunds or vouchers for cancellations. Your registration fee may be applied towards the purchase of the audio recording upon request, provided the request is made in advance of the webinar.

 

Access Links and Materials:

Confirmation of your registration and Zoom link will be sent via email within three days before the program. Course materials, evaluations, and CLE information will be sent to you via email one day following the program.

All program times are listed in Eastern time (ET). Please adjust for your local time zone.
