About the Program

Learn what works and what doesn’t at AAJ Education’s Voir Dire Workshop. This two-day intensive program equips trial lawyers with the tools and techniques to conduct effective voir dire. Featuring a lineup of leading trial attorneys, jury consultants, and sitting judges, the program explores key strategies for identifying juror bias, addressing sensitive topics, and using voir dire to build rapport and frame the case from the outset. This program is ideal for plaintiff attorneys seeking to refine their jury selection skills and apply ethical, strategic approaches to voir dire in real-world settings.

Day 1 of the program will include lectures, while Day 2 will let you put the techniques into practice with live jurors.
