About the Program

This two-part webinar series is designed specifically for plaintiff attorneys seeking to strengthen witness preparation and improve testimony outcomes. The program focuses on practical, trial-ready techniques to help attorneys build trust with the witnesses and present clear, compelling testimony.

Part One covers the essential building blocks of effective witness preparation. Attorneys will learn how to thoroughly research their witnesses, develop effective questions while building trust, and ensure witnesses feel supported, confident, and prepared to testify.

Part Two addresses common and challenging witness behaviors, from the witnesses who talk too much or too little to the “know-it-all” witness. The program covers witness preparation in sexual assault cases and traumatic brain injuries cases, focusing on trauma-informed preparation and situations where tradition techniques may not be effective.
