About the Webinar

In the Spring of 2019, a unanimous jury awarded Edwin Hardeman an $80 million verdict, finding that his cancer was caused by Roundup and by Monsanto’s failure to warn of the known dangers of its product. Monsanto challenged this verdict on the grounds of preemption and Daubert, and the 9th Circuit rejected all of Monsanto’s arguments. On June 17th, Hardeman’s victorious trial team—Aimee Wagstaff, David Wool, Jennifer Moore, Leslie Brueckner, Matt Wessler, and Lori Andrus—will discuss the details of Hardeman v. Monsanto, Monsanto’s appeal, and how this 9th Circuit ruling will affect future cases.

This webinar has been postponed. A new date will be announced soon.
