Carmaletta L. Henson is a partner at Henson Fuerst, PA in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. Ms. Henson has spent her entire career fighting for the rights of individuals who have been hurt, abused, or neglected through no fault of their own. This has ranged from representing nursing home residents who were physically abused and neglected; to representing those who have been catastrophically injured or killed as a result of a truck crash, a drunk driver, or due to inattention of another driver. Ms. Henson is a Pound Civil Justice Institute Fellow and former chair of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice Nursing Home Litigation Section.
